We’re currently building one of the world’s largest land-based flow-through facilities – right here on the beautiful Helgeland coast. At Arctic Seafarm, we work closely together as a team, guided by clear values: trust, animal welfare and sustainability.

Starting in autumn 2025 and continuing through the winter, we’ll be launching several recruitment processes. Over the next two years, we plan to hire around 30 new team members – and you might be one of them.
